Each league is assumed to have the real number of football teams, for example:
Premier League has 20 Teams
But since the availability of the players is limited, he is obliged to limit himself to adopting behaviors suitable for regulation, therefore as agreed with the UEFA commission, we have decided that the minimum number for starting a championship is 8 teams.
Each team must contain at least one player who can record any match it plays.
